Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information DollarMack.com collects, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. DollarMack is run by Ahmed Mohamed Abdelkhalek Mohamed Abdelkhalek, trading as DollarMack, 30 Abdelhamid Elabady St., Bolkly, Alexandria, Egypt (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for your personal information. Contact: support@dollarmack.com.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and address, what you bought, the price and the order date. Payment card details are entered on the checkout of our payment provider and merchant of record, Polar (Polar Software, Inc.); we never see or store your full card number.
- If you create an account: your login details and order history.
- When you contact us: your name, email address and your message.
- If you join our email list: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
- When you visit the site: technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, the pages you view and how you arrived, collected with cookies and similar technologies (see below).
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To deliver your order, give you access to your downloads, send receipts and answer questions about your purchase (to perform our contract with you).
- To keep records that tax and accounting laws require (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (our legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails, only if you asked to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link (consent).
- To count visits in aggregate, with our own cookieless counter (see “Visit statistics without cookies” below), and with Google Analytics in its cookieless mode when you haven’t accepted statistics cookies (our legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit which pages; nothing is stored on your device and you are not identified).
- To understand in more detail how the site is used and to measure our ads, using statistics and marketing cookies (consent, given in our cookie banner).
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the store, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Bluehost (web hosting) stores the website and its database.
- Polar (Polar Software, Inc.) processes payments, acts as the merchant of record, collects any sales tax or VAT and issues your invoice. It receives the details you enter at its checkout and tells us your name, email address, country and what you bought. It is an independent controller of the payment data it collects and has its own privacy policy.
- WooCommerce and Jetpack (Automattic) power the shop, site security and statistics.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) measures site visits. If you accept statistics cookies, it uses cookies to recognise return visits. If you don’t, it receives only cookieless signals (the page viewed, the time, your browser type and an approximate location that Google works out from your IP address and doesn’t store), which it uses for aggregate and estimated counts; no cookie or identifier is stored on your device. When you buy, our server tells Google Analytics that a sale happened (order number, product, price and currency) without your name, email address or IP address. If you had accepted statistics cookies, the sale is linked to your Google Analytics browser identifier, which we pass to Polar’s checkout for that purpose.
- Meta (the Meta Pixel) measures and improves our Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Mailchimp (Intuit) sends our email newsletter to people who signed up.
- OptinMonster shows sign-up forms on the site.
- Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it.
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, countries outside your own, including the United States. Where the law requires it, they protect the data with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Visit statistics without cookies
We run our own simple visit counter on our own server. It counts page views, the website or campaign that sent you (for example google.com or newsletter) and, roughly, how many different people visited each day. To tell visitors apart for one day only, it combines your IP address and browser type with a random value that changes every day, and keeps only the resulting scrambled code; your IP address is never stored, and because the daily value is deleted, the codes cannot be traced back to you or linked across days. The codes are deleted after one day; the daily totals are kept for 13 months. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, shares nothing with anyone and works whatever you choose in the cookie banner. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used. Logged-in administrators and automated visitors are not counted.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use three kinds:
- Necessary: run the cart, checkout, your account, site security and remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
- Statistics: Google Analytics cookies, Jetpack statistics and WooCommerce order attribution help us understand how the site is used. Without your agreement Google Analytics runs only in its cookieless mode (see “Who we share it with”), and our own counter needs no cookies at all.
- Marketing: the Meta Pixel measures our Facebook and Instagram ads, and OptinMonster shows sign-up offers.
Statistics and marketing cookies are only used if you agree in our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered for six months. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop and checkout need the necessary cookies to work.
The online tools (Quote Builder, Sequence Tracker and Referral Tracker)
Three kits include an online tool: the Quote Builder (Raise Your Rates), the Sequence Tracker (Cold Email That Gets Replies) and the Referral Tracker (The Referral System). Anyone can try a demo; the demo runs only in your browser and sends us nothing. If you own the kit and use the tool, we store what you type into it in your DollarMack account: your business details, packages, scope terms and promise, the quotes you save; the prospects you add (names, companies, email addresses if you enter them, where you found the address, notes, dates and replies) and the email templates and signature you write; and the referrals and partners you add in the Referral Tracker (contact name, company, referral channel, dates asked and followed up, status, any reward and your notes). If you switch on the Sequence Tracker’s morning reminder, we email you (and only you) on days when a follow-up is due; every reminder has a link to switch it off. We store this only to provide the tool, so you can come back to your work; we don’t use it for marketing, we don’t share it, and the tools never send email to anyone. It is kept on our hosting provider’s servers until you delete it. You can delete single items, or everything at once with the Delete all my data button in each tool, and it is deleted if your account is deleted. You decide whose details you enter, so please enter only business contact details you have the right to use, and no more than the task needs.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually several years).
- Account information: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Quote Builder, Sequence Tracker and Referral Tracker data: until you delete it in the tool or your account is deleted.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Messages to us: for as long as we need them to help you, and no longer than two years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California or Egypt), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email support@dollarmack.com. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to our systems is limited and password-protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our products are for adults running a business. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Buying digital downloads from the EU, EEA or UK
If your billing address is in the EU, EEA or UK, we keep the record of your confirmation that you want immediate access to your download (the date, time and wording) with your order. It is collected when you order, either by us or by our payment provider.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we will also tell customers by email.
