  • Where are my files? After you pay, we email you a link to your account, where your downloads and any included tool are waiting (under My account › Downloads). If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then email us.
  • The download didn’t work. Email us with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
