These terms apply when you buy from DollarMack.com. The seller is Ahmed Mohamed Abdelkhalek Mohamed Abdelkhalek, trading as DollarMack, 30 Abdelhamid Elabady St., Bolkly, Alexandria, Egypt. Contact: support@dollarmack.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

DollarMack sells digital products: downloadable guides, workbooks, checklists and prompt packs, delivered as PDF files in a ZIP download. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists what is included.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Orders are processed by our payment provider and online reseller, Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which is the merchant of record for your purchase: it takes your payment, collects any sales tax or VAT that applies and issues your invoice. DollarMack is the author and licensor of the products. Polar’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment. Your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Delivery

When your payment is confirmed we email you a link to your DollarMack account, where your downloads and any included online tool are waiting (if you are new, the email lets you set a password). If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us at support@dollarmack.com and we will fix it or send the files another way.

4. Your licence to use the products

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and in your own business. You may print the files and use the templates, worksheets and prompts in your own work.

You may not resell, share, give away, publish, upload or distribute the files or any large part of them, include them in another product, course or membership, or claim them as your own work. No resale, private label or master resale rights are included. We may mark files with details of the purchase to protect them.

Online tools. Some products include an online tool in your DollarMack account (the Quote Builder, Sequence Tracker or Referral Tracker). How long the tool stays open depends on what you bought, as shown on the product page and in your order confirmation: a single kit includes 8 days of the Quote Builder, or 30 days of the Sequence Tracker or Referral Tracker; a kit with 12 months includes 12 months of its tool; Everything includes every tool for 1 year or 2 years. The period starts on the day your payment is confirmed.

These are one-time payments, not subscriptions: nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel. When a period ends, the kit files stay yours, the tool shows its demo again, and your saved work is kept, so it is there again if you buy more time. Your account shows the end date of each tool.

Orders placed before 10 October 2026 keep their tool for as long as we offer it. If we ever retire a tool, we will email you first and give you time to export your data; if that happens before your paid period ends, we refund the unused part of it.

5. Refunds

Because digital files are available immediately and can’t be returned, we handle refunds as follows:

  • If a file is faulty, won’t download or isn’t what the product page described, tell us within 10 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund you in full.
  • If you accidentally buy the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate.
  • If you live in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days. That right ends once the download has started, if, when you ordered, you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged losing the right to cancel.

To ask for a refund, email support@dollarmack.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

6. No guaranteed results

Our products share information and methods for educational purposes. Results depend on your own work, business, market and circumstances, and we don’t promise any particular income or outcome. Nothing in our products is legal, tax, financial or investment advice; where a guide summarises laws or rules, check them for your own situation or with a qualified adviser.

7. Affiliate links

8. Liability

We provide the products with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the courts of Alexandria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

12. Website Assistant (monthly subscription)

The Website Assistant is sold as a monthly subscription through Polar. Unlike the kits, it renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Polar receipt or by writing to us; it then stops at the end of the month you paid for.

After your first payment we email you within one business day to collect your business details, and we aim to have it live within three business days. If we cannot make it live within 14 days of your payment, we refund that payment in full. The assistant is an AI: it answers only from the details you give us and tells visitors it is an AI assistant. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details. Each plan includes a monthly number of answers; if a month’s answers run out, it pauses until the next month or until you upgrade.
