Your website answers customers, day and night
The DollarMack Website Assistant is an AI chat box for your website. You fill in your business details once (what you sell, prices, opening hours, location, common questions, your WhatsApp number). It answers visitors from those facts, in Arabic or English, and when it does not know, it takes the visitor’s name and number and sends them to you.
How it works
- Fill in one form with your business details and the things it must never say.
- We set up your assistant and you test it before it goes live.
- Add it to your website with one line of code (WordPress, Wix, Shopify or any site), or use it on a page we host for you.
- Get the leads by email or WhatsApp, with a short monthly summary of what visitors asked.
Built to be careful
- It tells visitors it is an AI assistant.
- It answers only from the facts you give it. It does not invent prices, promises or advice.
- Visitor chats belong to you; we only process them to run the assistant and delete them after a set period.

What happens after you pay
- You get an email from us straight away, and within one business day we contact you to collect your business details.
- We set up your assistant and send it to you to test. We aim to have it live within three business days.
- If we cannot make it live within 14 days, we refund your payment in full.
Monthly subscription through Polar, our merchant of record. It renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. See section 12 of our terms.
